Where to start, by topic

Every article and guide we have written about training at our gym on NH 44, Vidya Nagar, Bhuktapur, Adilabad, Telangana 504001, grouped by the question it answers. If you are deciding whether to join a gym at all, start with money and membership. If you have already decided and are picking what to do in your first three months, start with choosing a programme. If you are over 40, or returning after an injury, go straight to training safely.

Everything here is written by the coaching team — Rahul Deshmukh for strength and sports conditioning, Sneha Kulkarni for fat loss and nutrition, and Anil Verma for yoga, mobility and senior fitness. Not sure which applies to you? Call or WhatsApp +91 93909 89002 and describe your situation.

Frequently asked questions

Finding the right guide for your situation.

Book the free assessment first. It is 40 minutes, it includes body composition and a strength baseline, and it identifies anything that is already restricted. From there, most people over 40 either start with Senior Citizen Fitness for a gentler entry point or Strength Foundation if they are comfortable training. We will tell you which, and we will say so if the answer is that you should see a doctor first.

Return from Injury under Training safely. It is a 6-week guided rebuild from reduced range and light load. Bring your physiotherapist's notes to the assessment so the plan is built around them rather than alongside them.

You do not need to work it out on your own — that is what the free assessment is for. Read Choosing what to train to understand the options, then let the coach recommend one from your actual numbers rather than from a guess.
