Fitness programmes at Sony Gym

What fitness programmes does Sony Gym run?

Sony Gym, on NH 44, Vidya Nagar, Bhuktapur, Adilabad, Telangana 504001, runs six structured programmes, each with a fixed length, a named coach and a target agreed at the start: Strength Foundation (8 weeks), Fat Loss Camp (12 weeks), Yoga & Mobility (6 weeks), Sports Conditioning (10 weeks), Senior Citizen Fitness (8 weeks) and Return from Injury (6 weeks). Membership at the gym is separate from the programme, so you can switch tracks without changing how you pay for the floor.

Programmes run in small groups or one-to-one, and the first session of every one of them is a free assessment, so the plan is built from your numbers. To join a programme, call or WhatsApp +91 93909 89002 or send an enquiry.

How a programme runs

Every programme has the same three mechanics, which is what makes the outcome repeatable rather than a matter of who turned up that day.

  • A target agreed at the start. A number and a date, written into the plan — not "get fit".
  • One named coach. The same person runs the sessions and the reviews, so nothing gets lost between shifts.
  • Reviewed every four weeks. Weight, waist, body composition and the strength numbers, then the programme is adjusted.

You keep a copy of the plan, and you are told when the target has been missed — not only when it has been met.

Frequently asked questions

Joining a programme, and what it costs to start.

Start with the free assessment. It gives your body composition, your strength baseline and any movement that is already restricted, and the coach recommends the programme from that. If you have no idea, Fat Loss Camp and Strength Foundation cover most first-time members.

Programme fees and floor membership are separate, so you can run a 6 or 8 week block and then decide about a longer membership. Tell us when you enquire and we will show you both figures rather than bundling them.

Six to eight for Sports Conditioning, and up to twelve for the group class formats. Personal training is one-to-one. The cap is set by what one coach can actually watch, so it is a coaching limit rather than a room limit.

Yes. The target date moves with the sessions, so a paused block finishes in the same number of weeks of actual training rather than expiring. Tell us in advance so the review dates get rescheduled.

Only if you already have a strength base — it is the one programme marked intermediate. If you are starting from scratch, do Strength Foundation first, and Sports Conditioning after it. Athletes returning from injury should start with Return from Injury instead.

Not sure which programme fits?

Describe your goal and how many days a week you can train, and we will tell you which programme to start with — including if the answer is the floor and not a programme at all. NH 44, Vidya Nagar, Bhuktapur, Adilabad, Telangana 504001.
